Margi Art was the presenting sponsor at the opening event for the New York portion of the G’DAY USA program – a benefit dinner for 330 guests at the magical Allen Room, overlooking Columbus Circle at Jazz at Lincoln Centre.

The event was held in partnership with Wildlife Warriors Worldwide and attended by Terri and Bindi Irwin, in order to raise the profile of their global foundation and to honour the original Wildlife Warrior, Steve Irwin, and his legacy. US Ambassador for Wildlife Warriors, Khaliah Ali – celebrated author, fashion designer, talk show host, and daughter of the legendary Muhammad Ali, lent her support to this very successful event.

Renowned Australian chef, Shannon Bennett, crafted the menu, with fresh produce flown in from Australia pairing with premium Australian wines.

Australia Week is now arguably the largest foreign country promotion held annually in the United States showcasing all things Australian from trade and investment, food and wine, film, arts, fashion, lifestyle, to indigenous culture and tourism during a ten day program of events highlighting the country of Australia.
